This recipe was so easy and so delicious!!! My husband and two teen 'monsters' ate everything - no left overs!! I made mashed potatoes as a side and the sauce was wonderful mixed with it. I would not change a thing and will be making this again!

Another winner from Giada! I am giving this four instead of five stars only because it is very similar to her balsamic BBQ sauce, and I prefer the other recipe, which we make several times each month. But this one is great too, especially with the rosemary, which I love. The honey and butter make this a lovely textured glaze, which pairs perfecty with pork. Only change I made was that I had to finish my chops in the oven, because they were too thick for stovetop. Enjoy!

Excellent dish! The glaze is perfect! We had leftover glaze and used it on grilled chicken - AWESOME!

The glaze is to DIE for. I followed this recipe exactly and, although I'm usually far pickier, wouldn't have changed a THING.

I'm going to brush the leftover glaze on grilled chicken wings. :

This recipe was excellent! I used more and thinner pork chops and it worked great. It went along perfectly with Ina Garten's Moroccan Couscous.

Giada=Genius! This meal was divine. I could eat this glaze on a tire it's so delicous. The aromatics from the sauce--just when it was simmering--were so captivating I had to try it right away!

I cut the recipe in half and added a little more garlic because, well, I love garlic. My boyfriend isn't a huge fan of pork, but he LOVED this dish and we both kept the remaining glaze nearby and used the rest of it on our porkchops! He mentioned that this glaze would be good on chicken too-as I believe someone else mentioned-and I think we'll try that next time. YUM!!

This was a very easy dish to put together. I followed the recipe exactly, and it was absolutely fabulous! The meat was very juicy and tender, and the glaze had layers of complex flavor. I think it might go well with chicken as well. My husband is basically a meat-and-potatoes kind of guy, but he ate every bite! This recipe is a keeper and will be used often.

I was looking for a sweet and spicy recipe for boneless porkchops and am so glad I found this one. It is delicious and easy. I altered it a little by deglazing the pan with the sauce and had no shallots so left those out. Also reduced butter to about 1 and 1/2 T. because I thought the sauce was good before even adding butter. The rosemary gave just the right touch of flavor to the sweet and spicy sauce-would highly recommend.
