This is one of the best recipes I've used. I reduced the honey by just a tad. The glaze was out of this world, the pork chops were juicy and tender. Served them with with little roast potatoes. The glaze is delicious on those too. Thanks Giada.

Awesome recipe, very simple but still very delicious! Everyone especially liked the sauce (don't know if it had anything to do with the butter... hmmmm, which is also very versatile.
I let the pork chops cook a bit longer on each side to give it a sort of crust (which is another way of saying I let it cook too long, if you like your chops that way. I thought it gave the dish more interesting texture.

Wonderful, simple- one of the best recipes I have made lately. Will definitely use again. I served it with simple roasted potatoes and veges.

WOW. Loved it, even with the alternative ingredients. I live on a small island in the Caribbean and couldn't get the thick sliced pork chops. Mine where about 1/2 inch and no red pepper flakes to find on the whole island. So I used 1/2 cup of sweet chili saus and 1/2 cup of honey the rest stayed the same. Delicious.... This recipe goes on my TOP TEN list.

This recipe was quick and easy, and most importantly tasted amazing. The pork cooked and tasted great on its own. The glaze cooked quicker for me, about 7 mins, but I did make the glaze while the pork was saueting. The glaze had a nice sweet bite to it (honey flavored, and mixed with the red pepper flakes on the pork had a nice spicy aftertaste. My husband and I both enjoyed this dish! Happy cooking!

This is an easy and tasty recipe. I'm always looking for something different to do with pork chops, since we eat them about once a week, and this was a great new way to do them. The only change I would make would be to cut back on the honey, because the final product was a little sweet for me. I'd probably do 1/4 to 1/3 of a cup of it next time.

This recipie is super fast, easy and delicious. I reviewed the prior posts and agree that the sauce should be made before the chops because it does take some time to simmer and the chops cook quickly. I added some white wine to cut the sweetness of the sauce. Extra garlic too because we love it. Making it again this weekend!

Personally I loved this recipe as did my mom. But my finace wasnt a huge fan cause he thought the sauce was overpowering... when I went to the store they only had thin cut chops so I think that might be the reason why... Overall an quick and easy weeknight dinner.

My family and me loved, loved, loved this recipe. My 11 year old daughter is a picky eater but loved this one. My husband loved it also. Of course I added more chile flakes!! I only added 1 Tsp. of butter, still great. Everybody went back for seconds. I did cook the chops longer than in recipe, but still tender. I look forward to making this again, soooo easy.
