    This was super easy and fast to make and my husband thought it was "excellent"! I overcooked my pork chops a bit b/c they weren't as thick as hers (I did ~4 minutes on each side and it was too long on high heat. The sauce totally made up for it, though...so tasty! My husband was trying to think of other meats he could use the sauce on. Thanks Giada!

    Awesome!! My family loved this recipe and as I was cooking it, everyone kept saying "man, that smells good!" Definately a "keeper" recipe and very easy to make! Thank you Giada!

    This was delicious. A tad sweet for us so we will cut the amount of honey next time. Served with creamy polenta and caramelized leeks.

    Not a winner for us. The glaze was good, but overall, the pork chops and sweet sour glaze together just fair. We also found the pork chops needed 2-3 minutes more-for the thickness of the cut.

    This was super easy to make! If you are looking to cut a few calories simply omit the butter...taste great too!!!!
