The easiest and most delicious way I've found to make pork chops, they were delicious! and if you let it seat with foil paper like she suggests, just makes it sooo tender... I LOVE it!

Great recipe, very tasty. My 8 yr. old cleaned the plate. I was almost sure I had Balsamic in my pantry, but I was wrong. So, substituted for 1/2 Cup of Cider Vinegar, and a 2 Tbs. of Red Wine (Cabernet. To my amazemente the glaze was very tasty, I'm sure it would have been better with Balsamic, but it did the trick. If you don't have Balsamic don't worry, try another vinegar, just adjust cooking time for it to reduce.

The star of this dish is definitely the glaze, which is delicious. I added dried cherries, which sent this over the top! Next time I will add a bit of fresh orange juice and zest and serve the glaze over chicken. As has been previously stated, I recommend preparing the chops and the glaze simultaneously to avoid the chops becoming cold. This glaze recipe is a keeper!

I highly recommend this recipe! It's fast, easy, and very delicious. Definitely worthy of dinner guests! It makes lots of sauce so you can make more pork chops if you like.

A KEEPER!! I am not a fan of pork but my family loves it so I decided to try this recipe. Not only is the recipe simple and delicious, my pork turned out perfect (first time!. I used bone-in chops, and they were tender.
Half the recipe is definitely enough for four chops. I didn't have any scallions, but I doubt I missed anything.
The sauce does thicken up after setting it off to the side and stirring in the butter - but don't wait too long before putting it on the pork. I noticed after dinner, the remaining sauce in the pan was extra thick.
