I made this the same day that the show aired. I really liked the addition of vegetables. The mozzarrella cheese because it was in cubes didn't melt evenly. If I were to make this again, I would shred the mozzarrella cheese instead of adding it in cubes.

I added the Italian sausage a reviewer suggested to make it a main meal. It was delicious! Very hearty.

This recipe was definitely a winner. Next time I will add Italian sausage to make this a main course. A definite staple!!

This was the first time I made baked macaroni and cheese. Everyone loved this dish last night. Very easy to make. Most trouble is grating the cheese. Delicious!
