I literally signed up JUST to comment on this dish. All the flavors are phenomenal together - even the kick of the red pepper - I also threw in a bit of fresh basil and cilantro just because I had it in the fridge. Giada, you have a new fan!! And my vegetarian boyfriend is gonna propose after I make this for him!!!

Fabulous. I cooked the chili flakes with the onions. I made this at a dinner party and everyone raved about it. This will be a recipe I will make many more times.

Yum! This is delicious. I made this as a side for Thanksgiving this year and everyone enjoyed it. There were leftovers and I could not stop eating it. Wish I would have made more because it's sooooo yummy. I could totally make an entire batch of this and eat it all myself. It's just that good... you won't want to share it. lol.

As a note: I left out the cheese. Didn't miss it. This recipe really doesn't need the cheese.

I love this recipe because I am a HUGE kale lover and my boyfriend doesn't care for it much-- but he loves green beans so I can make one dish and we each just pick out the stuff we like! I am lactose intolerant so I leave out the cheese, and sometimes I substitute red wine vinegar for the lemon juice. And I typically use shallots instead of onion. Yum! Thanks Giada!!

I made this for Thanksgiving last year and it was a hit...I've already printed it out to make it again this year!

I love this because it's a different take on veggies served every year during Thanksgiving.

I expected to love this dish but unfortunately both the flavor and appearance were only so so for me.

Yummy, yummy! Be forewarned....this spicy side dish is DEFINITELY spicy! It is super scrumptious, though...I would change a thing! Thanks, Giada!
