I and my boyfriend loved this side dish. My only issue was that it doesn't taste so great as a leftover. We had to get rid of it a few days later. So, if you are making this, know that it makes a lot and make sure you have a large enough group so you don't have leftovers. I can see why it was on the Thanksgiving episode because you can feed an army.

I've been looking for a variation to the same old green bean and casserole for the family since we've been cutting back on the carb. This variation is both tasty and healthy. The husband loved it. This is definitely a stable at the holiday table from now on. Thanks Giada!

Loved this recipe when I saw it on t.v. I knew I was going to make it one of these days. Lately I've been hearing so much about how healthy kale is and this was a great starter recipe for me to make it. Otherwise I wouldn't know what else to do with it. But, it is a delicious recipe. I watch so many cooking shows and when I saw this recipe being done on t.v. I knew it was going to be great and it was. My kids liked it a lot too. This is a great way to add more greens to your healthy eating. I made it on the side of spaghetti and garlic bread instead of salad.

Loved it. The kale was not over powering and it went well with the Christmas roast.

I cooked the green beans a little longer than stated, because I thought they needed it. I turned out great and everyone loved the green bean/kale combo. The red pepper flake gave it a nice kick and the parmesean brought the dish together nicely. I used 1 teaspoon of salt since the parmesean is salty and it was perfect.

I made this with red bell pepper and tear drop tomatoes because I did not have green beans and mushrooms. It was wonderful, personally i thought it was better, the red bell pepper has so much flavor. These ingredients also added beautiful color for an eye appealing dish. I made sure i did not over cook the kale and I was very generous with the parmesan cheese. Also Lemon, I squeezed half a lemon which also gave the flavor a huge fresh punch of yum! I will definitely make it again and again and yes again!!

This recipe was delicious; I think the lemon really added a nice kick. It tasted fresh. I am always looking for ways to incorporate Kale in dishes since it is such a healthy food, it turned out amazing in this dish. My husband who never really thinks twice about his food actually stopped and said "I really love this, what?s in here?" : A keeper
