All great ingredients. This combination of vegetables blended well together.
Prep time took me longer.
I took this to a dinner party in the neighborhood and everyone loved it. Would go well with meals other than Italian.
Thanks Giada!

I had a desire to eat more "greens" in my diet, so I decided to buy some kale and try this recipe first. I AM GLAD THAT I DID! It turned out really good, and took very little time (especially if you get the pre-cut mushrooms!. I added some chopped garlic prior to putting in the green beans, which added even more flavors, and reduced the amount of green beans in the recipe, but the lemon made this really tasty. It would work for a holiday dish, but I plan to make it for dinners (I ate just a big ol' plate full on its own! in the future. Try it!

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit!! Definitely 5 stars. Plus I was able to do a lot of the prep work the day before and just quickly cook it up on Thanksgiving. It is way better than I was expecting plus so healthy. I will make this often!

Very flavorful. A new favorite. I added the mushrooms to the onion to brown up a bit before adding the green beans and salt (thinking the salt would make the mushrooms soggy.

This was a great side dish. Stood out on it's own! I substituted the cremini mushrooms for baby portabellas- wonderful!
The lemon and cheese really does pull it together nicely!

I was making this and concerned about the taste until I added the lemon and parm which really pulled it together. I loved it though some of my guests were not thrilled with it (those of a plainer palate. In fact, I loved it so much I'm going to make some today.

I tryed this skipping the mushrooms.
Wow, hands down the best side dish I have had in ages even my other half who usually tastes the veggies and passes them to my plate ate all of them. The lemon really added a zing that made this dish.
