This was the easiest recipe ever! We eat a lot of salsa, and I'll never buy again. I keep this on hand in the fridge all the time. I added a jalapeno for some kick, we like more spice. I have gutted the innards of 2 of the tomatos to reduce the watery texture, as my husband prefers it. DELISH!

This is great. We just added a little lime juice at the end and doubled down on the garlic and onion.

Also, puree half of the tomatoes and chop the other half. Provides a nice texture.

Mine turned out watery and pink. It was not good. I am thinking you might need to cut out the insides of the tomato, or maybe less ripened tomatos. It did not work.

This was a typical salsa recipe. Although I usually use lime juice instead of orange, but it was very good with the orange juice. Great recipe.
