I have made this dish countless times, especially when overnight guests are in my home for breakfast. It is always a big hit. I use a Rosemary bread from Costco and have also substituted canadian bacon, or proschitto for the meat. Thanks Giada!

This was an easy and tasty breakfast. I followed the recipe exactly, and it came out great. Another winner for Giada.

Very tasty and easy, I read the other reviews and got some good ideas on how to make it. I used bacon instead of pancetta and halved the bread and eggs and used the full amounts for the rest of the ingredients. I also used two whole eggs and 3 egg whites to cut down on the calories. Could of used skim milk too. I would recomend it to anyone!

I followed this recipe exactly as Giada printed it and demonstrated on TV. It came out fantastic! I think that the quality of ingredients here is a must as they play key flavor roles in this. Parmesiano Reggiano is a have-to, and use a good quality Italian bread. It makes all the difference!

Only saw part of the recipe on TV and commmited the parts I saw to memory. Made it for dinner last night to great reviews. Brought some into work for breakfast (yes breakfast and heated in microwave, people in the office circled to see if what their noses told them was true. If I can take a snapshot of Giada's recipe and create a nice meal I can only imagine what what her version taste like, (will follow her recipe next time.

Loved this recipe but made some minor modifications. Less milk. More cheese. More garlic. More salt. Bacon instead of Pancetta. In addition, I added about a tbsp. of whole fennel seeds. Very nice if you like a licorice flavour. I cooled the dish and then cut it into mealsize portions for lunches. Great cold, too.
Keep 'em coming Giada! Love your show!

Everyone loved it! I followed the recipe exactly and it was great; not sure how you could give this a low score. An absolute favorite!
