I loved the combination of flavors in this recipe. I think I'll use rib-eye in all my steak sandwiches now! I found the arugula lacking crunch, so I also added a touch of iceberg to the sandwich. Terrific!

I have made these for my family of 6 twice now and they want to know when I'm going to make them again! Easy, but very tasty, especially the marinade!

This was a great recipe I used a Petit Sirloin and have served it as a sandwich and just as a steak served with the cheese spread. AWESOME!!

I also added garlic to the marinade, and it made a great steak. I think the sandwich would have been just as good using a good blue cheese dressing for the spread, though. I had cut down on the cheese because of the comments and I didn't think it was strong enough. I should have stuck to the amount she suggests!

The cheese sour cream spread not a winner, but the marinade is heaven.
