Delicious and super easy! I had it with a side of crusty bread for dipping (and to make it more of a main soup instead of an appetizer and it was wonderful. Light, healthy, and again, super easy.

Delicious and super easy to do. I did not have fresh spinach so I used the frozen chopped one and it worked really good

I love clear soup, and I love this recipe too eventhough no garlic added in it, still, it's a really g-o-o-d soup. Thanks Giada!

We did add garlic powder (think it was about half a teaspoon and a little extra Parmesan. Otherwise we went pretty much exactly as the recipe called for.

My husband and I enjoyed this very easy, healthy and light soup. The leftovers were delicious too. We did follow suggestions to add a little extra parmesan to make the soup a little richer. Thank you Giada.

This one has been served for generations in my family. Our version omits the spinach and includes rice and additional parm. Served with a dark green salad and slices of warm, crusty bread, it's the perfect comfort meal on a cold winter's night. Quick, easy, inexpensive ,,, and oh, so delicious!
