My mom and I made these when she was visiting in the UK. I don't have a food processor; however, the dough turned out by simply using a pastry cutter and then crumbling the mixture by hand. We used two different preserves...summer fruits and apricot and they were both really tasty. We were both a bit sceptical about the rosemary, but we were pleasantly surprised. On top of the scones being really tasty they were so easy and quick to make. We will definitely pass this recipe on to friends and family. Thanks, Giada!

I was so excited to try this recipe because I bake scones almost everyday but I was a bit disappointed with this one. The scone was just too sweet.

These were good. And I made them! I love to cook, but I don't usually bake very often. These had such complexity of flavor with the rosemary, strawberry, and lemon. It just works perfectly. I used a mitten cookie cutter and put the jam in the center and they were adorable.

I didn't make nearly as many as the recipe said. I only got 8 scones out of it, but man oh man was it absolutely amazing!!! The lemon glaze gave it a bite and tang, but the strawberry jam and rosemary balanced it all out. Soooo good!

It's a little more work to drag out the food processor, but it's worth it- the dough is so easy to make. Excellent flavor. My husband and toddler both LOVE them. I used Strawberry Rhubarb Jam, which was excellent. They are sweeter than most scones, I didn't bother with the glaze...

Though I'd like to consider myself "a foodie"...this was my first try making scones as they aren't usually a favorite of mine since the ones I've had in the past have been dry and basically lacked flavor. I saw the episode where Giada made these, they appeared to be a no-brainer so I thought...why not? OH MY GOSH...these are simply amazing. FULL of flavor, moist and no, you can't eat just one. The only change I made was that I used a smaller cookie cutter (round so that they would give me more individual pieces for sharing. Then, on half of them, I used (store bought lemon curd instead of the strawberry jam...YUM YUM YUM!! I gave them to neighbors today and they are already gone so, I am off to make more tonight so that we can have them for breakfast on Saturday. Gives me a real reason to pop out of bed early in the morning and get my day started!

I made the Rosemary scones with strawberry jam for a dinner party for Valentines Day weekend. Very easy to make and delicious to eat. My husband said, " these aren't good, there AWESOME"! I went to Michael's Arts and Crafts and bought Valentine's Day Heart boxes and packaged my scones. Brought them to a friends house for a Sweet Treat as Giada would say. They loved it.
Thanks Giada for giving us a sweet treat for Valentine's Day!

Finally got around to trying this recipe and it's so easy and so delicious. Definitely not too sweet which is why the lemon glaze is the perfect compliment. Will keep on hand to make an easy and impressive desert for guests.
