The three flavors of rosemary, lemon, and strawberry is divine. The creaminess from the heavy cream is a great compliment, also. If you have a scone pan, I recommend the following:
Instead of adding the jam as a filler in the middle, add the jam when you add the heavy cream. This way, the jam distributes evenly. Roll the dough into small balls (the size of the scone slot of the pan, and just fit the balls of dough into the triangular slots. SOOOOO GOOD!

These scones are so simple to make! I didn't have rosemary, so i just added some vanilla to the heavy cream, they came out delicious! So fluffy and tasty!
Everyone that has tried these, loves them! Good recipe. I don't have a food processor, i just used my hands to incorporate all the cold butter into the flour, and it worked just fine.

These scones are outrageous. They almost taste like linza tarts if you sprinkle powdered sugar across the top (but much easier to make.
If you do not like the rosemary or want to try something new, you can add vanilla or almond extract. YUMMO!

These were fantastic and better than I could ever have imagined. I brought these to a potluck brunch and was asked by more than one person to share the recipe. These were light, buttery and full of flavor. I made the dough in the processor and it came out perfectly. Delicious!!!!!

Very good flavor but I needed to add more flour to get the right consistency.

I first made these scones for my mom when she came to visit. I used raspberry jam because that is all I had and they were still great! They were the the best. I made them again for my husbands birthday and for our new neighbors when they moved in. Everybody adored them and I have had everyone ask for more. I would suggest reducing the amounts for the glaze by half. I had a lot of glaze left over even after I doubled the recipe for the scones.

These are so good and full of different flavors...strawberry, lemon, and rosemary. These do double in size, so just keep that in mind when chosing a cookie cutter. Thanks Giada for such a simple, elegant recipe!!!

I loved the flavor combinations. They sound a little weird but they are very delicious. I agree that the are thinner than a normal scone and are somewhere in between a scone and a cookie, but i still loved them. Also i only made half the amount of glaze (I ran out of powdered sugar and I still had some to spare. I will definitely keep this recipe and make it again.

I followed the recipe but didnt have heavy cream and so added whipped cream instead....was awesome. I think i m in love with Rosemary, it goes really well with sweetness of the jam and tanginess of lemon glaze. Super hit recipe, but mine didnt turn out like scone texture, they were more crispy and cookie like.
