I followed this recipe perfectly, and these scones were so delicious! The crumble beautifully and the rosemary adds a nice earthiness.

So good! I wasn't sure about the rosemary but it was delicious. The scones are so moist and tasty.

I watched this episode and thought...i bet those are good. But i didn't have Rosemary, so i did a little substituting. I used lemon peel instead of the Rosemary and Raspberry instead of Strawberry. I also didn't have heavy cream. I made the cream by combining 1/3 melted butter with 3/4c. of milk. This made it very light and fluffy!

I made these scones for a friend's full tea. It was perfect! I enjoyed the uniqueness of saying "Rosemary and Strawberry Scones" Everyone want to try them and they enjoyed them as much as the name. I will make these again and again.

Moistest scones I've ever made! I've also made this using blueberries & lemon zest, also nectarines and lemon zest: winners every time!

Tasty, but the glaze makes it very sweet. I used 2 tbsp of rosemary and it adds a nice texture to the scone and cut the sweetness of the glaze. I had to cut the bake time to 16 minutes, I tried 18 minutes and the bottoms of the first batch were too brown. All in all, it's a good recipe and I will use it again.

Can I substitute whole milk for the heavy cream?

After reading the reviews I decided to give this recipe a try. I am so glad I did! It was awesome. I made two batches. The first batch I used a heart shaped cookie cutter and thought they were a little too big. The second batch I made the traditional triangle shape and thought they were the perfect size. The cream and butter make these scones so rich and delicious. Not dry at all and very light in texture. The rosemary is perfect. For the lemon glaze I only added 1 TBSP of water because I wanted to make sure the glaze set properly. I made the glaze and put it in a squeeze bottle to drizzle over the scones. It worked great and they looked beautiful. The recipe makes way too much glaze. I could have cut it in half and it would have been perfect. I will definitely make this recipe again!!
