Moist and complex in flavor. My college age daughter made these first for fun. My younger daughter made them for her high school graduation open house. A big hit.

A perfect scone recipe...very light the day they are made (right up to late pm when I ate another one

They loose some of their lightness by the next morning.

I used very tender rosemary..not thick & woody as some..and the flavor was amazing. Used lemon curd because that's all I had and it was a wonderful combo. Used just 1/2C powdered sugar and added a bit of lemon juice & water as needed...that way I didn't have too much glaze.

Bottoms were more brown than I would have liked and I used a heavy sheet pan...however, next time I'll use 2 sheet pans stacked together to prevent this. Thanks Giada!!

One of my new favorites! Giada nails it once again. These were DELICIOUS. They are perfect if you want to indulge in a small, nice little treat. The flavor combinations are just perfect.

These were amazing! People who said they didn't like scones and/or rosemary, loved them. They were easy to make and most impressive. I did have one woman say they tasted more like shortbread than scones, but either way, they were gobbled up with gratitude.

Baked these scones the other day as ran out of time during Easter week. Couldn't find rosemary in the store that day so I used fresh Thyme and Raspberry Jam, some also had homemade Cherry-Ameretto Jam on them! Definitely another awesome Giada Recipe! My oven was browning the bottoms in 14 minutes or less - also, don't know if I would use the glaze the next time, had alot left over and it turned pink because of the jam! Will certainly make again~

Just made these for our Kate and William viewing party this am! So delicious! Perfect and very easy to make at 4 am! I might try them with lavendar and lemon zest, with rasberry jam in the center! These are adorable and perfect for any party or tea. I could eat my weight in them!I didn't want to deviate from our family recipe but when I saw the rosemary, I had to give them a try...sooo glad I did...NEW family recipe now!
