When I saw this recipe on TV, I'm like "what? rosemary in scones? I must try this. I made it, tasted it, and LOVED IT! Just like the other comments, this recipe is a keeper. Thank you Giada for introducing this to us.

This recipe is a keeper. Followed recipe exactly and now my husband is torn between these and his heretofore favorite Dried Cherry Scones. Delicious and easy- bet they'd be even better with some lemon curd.

These are delicious and perfect just the way the recipe is written. Having said that, I've made them twice and did add about 1/4 tsp more rosemary to really kick up the flavor. I will say that, at first, certain people regarded a rosemary scone as an oddity. After trying, though, all but one (a 10 year old really liked them.

Wow! This recipe is so easy and really good. I added my own changes to it such as 2 teaspoons of fresh chopped rosemary as I like a bit less rosemary taste, and I used cherry preserves instead of strawberry. I am not a baker and live in mile high Denver, CO and these turned out perfectly. Do yourself a favor and try this recipe. I packaged them up like Giada did in a decorative box and included a bottle of champagne for a Valentine's Day, Anniversary gift and it made a very impressive gift.

Made this today to give out for Valentines day! These are amazing! I debated over using dry or fresh rosemary, but I opted for Fresh-- so so worth it! The flavor was spot on! Definitely worth a try-- and pretty easy to boot!

I'm not always a fan of rosemary but it doesn't overpower the cookie and is really tasty. But I found the recipe only made about 10 cookies.

I make these on Valentine's Day every year, and did them once for a baby shower. Everyone who likes rosemary LOVES them, including myself. Instead of using strawberry jam, I like to use Smucker's seedless spreadable raspberry fruit. I think the raspberry offers a better contrast in flavor with the lemon glaze and rosemary.
