    Very easy and very tasty! They are a bit time consuming but worth every bit of effort. I've never made scones before and they were all simple steps. These will be made many more times. The dough/board needs quite a bit of flour before rolling out. They are light and flavorful and the glaze is a terrific compliment to the rest of the flavors. AWESOME!

    SOOOO DELISH! I absolutely have fallen in love with these scones : Figures since i have eaten about half of them already! i didn't even use heavy cream...only normal milk and half whole wheat flour....tasted just as yummy and they were even more healthy so i can feel better eating them : these were outstanding...great job, Giada!!

    After watching Giada's Strawberry and Rosemary Scones I decided to make them for a farewell party. They were a hit, plain delicious. The combination of Rosemary, Strawberry and Lemon Glaze was just perfect. The only thing is that we had leftovers and when I ate one next day, they were not as crunchy and as crumblier as the day before. They were still good in flavor but the crunchiness of the day before was gone. They were more doughy.
    Does somebody knows a way to keep them crispier for a couple of days? What I did is put them in a plate, put some plastic wrap on top and store them in the microwave.

    This recipe is a surprising and delicious combination of sweet and savory; but it is definitely not a scone. Like several other raters, I would classify it as a cookie. Those of you who have never baked a true scone must try it. English scones are an easy bake; the texture is different, and the variety of fruits, egg versus no egg, and the measure of sweetness to your taste, offer many delightful, mouth-watering pleasures. This recipe, however, would certainly be welcomed as an afternoon snack with tea.

    These scones are amazing! They look like they are dense, but when you bite into them they're so light inside. I think I used a little too much lemon juice in the glaze, so next time I will cut that down so that the citrus isn't so overpowering. I only made 1/2 of the glaze and it was enough to do all of the scones. I will definitely be making these again!!!

    It took me a while to chop up the rosemary but it was worth it. looked more like a cookie than a scone but it doesn't matter, it still tasted great.

    The dough of these scones can be difficult to work with, but they are definitely worth the little bit of hassle! These scones are incredibly good!

    These were amazing! I doubled the recipe and skimped a little doubling the rosemary because I was still a little skeptical of the flavor combo, but next time I will go all in. They were really really tasty and stayed moist, although they were more like a biscuit then what I think of as a scone. Delicious. Will make again and again.
