Fantastico!

This recipe brought me back to my childhood. My grandmother made Struffoli for me every Christmas. She never had a recipe for anything she made. I will enjoy them every Christmas and remember my grandma. Thank you Giada!!!

Right on the mark with these and my entire family agrees.
The struffoli's are the softest and tastiest I've ever had and I've been printing out copies of the recipe for everyone in my family.
Thanks for the recipe Giada.

You episode of making Stroffoli warmed my heart. My late mother used to make what she called "Stroffola" every christmas. What a tradition!!!!!! Her family hailed from Prata, Casserta. I miss her dearly this time of year, but seeing you make this delightful wreath warmed my heart and brought back beautiful memories. I now have your version of the recipe and my sister and I will be trying it.

GIADAAA! Amazing! I have made struffoli for Christmas with my grandmother since I was little. It was a basic recipe, but still good. I decided to break tradition and try Giada's recipe this year - it is absolutely amazing!! The canola oil makes a difference too - no "well-done" ones this year! Just a cook's note - sprinkle the struffoli with the sprinkles BEFORE it is completely dried, because they will bounce off once the honey has dried to a shiny finish. Thanks for the new recipe, Giada!

I love Giada'a recipes! Struffoli (although we called them something different have been in my family for generations. My grandmother made them, then my mother. Since I love to bake for Christmas, I decided to continue the tradition and make them for my entire family - each gets a bowl full for Christmas. This recipe is a little different - and I'll try this also this year. it'll be fun to put them in a wreath design.
