These were very good. I added a little garlic into the filling for a little extra flavor. Although, I ended up with way more than 24 peppers, it was more like 34. Would definitely make again.

I thought this was a pretty appetizer, however, I think it would be better stuffed into jalapeno's. Also I used bacon instead of pancetta because that's what I had on hand. The filling was good, but the peppers were too sweet, it needed something spicy.

Just made this for an after school snack for my twins. These look better than they tasted. For me, next time I would add some garlic and an herb (fresh thyme, dill or some parsley. Maybe even sub some cream cheese for ricotta. For us we needed more salt. Overall it is a great recipe with a little tweaking, it'll be perfect for us! I bought a baby of mini bell peppers from Costco.

I think these were really great! The filling was just salty enough, and I could actually taste each ingredient. My boyfriend hates peas with a passion, so I left them out, but it was still awesome. Next time I will make my half with the peas, because I know it would have been even better. My filling did leak out a little, but I had used pan spray, so I could just scoop it back in.

Great recipe - I made these along with the tartlets and they were a hit with our guests on Saturday. I forgot the ricotta cheese and made them reduced cream cheese but they were still great.

For all who said their filling was melting out of the mini-bells, you can use a mini cupcake pan, and put one filled mini bell in each hole, then the peppers will stay up enough to not run out of the bellpepper.

Made these for father's day dinner. Really simple to make, really delicious and pretty. I followed the recipe. Leftovers even tasted great cold out of fridge. Some of them the cheese mixture naturally scooted out of pepper a little while baking. When take out of oven use a spoon or butter knife to push back in(it's not a runny cheese mixture so it stays together in one piece. Next time I might try to substitute chopped baby spinach instead of peas for variety, but these are good as is. Will definitely make this again and for dinner parties as it makes so many.

I watched the show and it looked so good. I had the baby peppers and ingredients on hand, it was terrible. It lacked flavor, just really BLAH. One of the worst recipes I've tried so far.
