This is an "Italian-style" stuffed mushroom, so if you prefer the more decadent cream cheese/crab stuffed varieties, this is not for you. I tried to make this one even more low fat by skimping on the oil on top, but noticed that they will burn if you don't give them a liberal dose of olive oil. They were wonderful..not soggy, but slightly crumbly with great flavor. I will definately make again and again!

This dish was easy to make, and it was great. The flavors were a great mix and tasted so good ask my family, they said I didn't make enough. Don't change a thing with this recipe.

I didn't think the mushrooms had much flavor to them. The recipe was definitely missing something...

I made this for a party and I received multiple rave reviews. There was not one left on the platter. It was easy and I will definately make this one agaian and again! Thank you Giada!

Made these for a Thanksgiving lunch at work and they were more popular than the turkey! Everyone couldn't stop raving about them. It's the mint that does it and the romano cheese. You can't go wrong with these and they are so easy to make. Thank you Giada!

We had them for the first time at Thanksgiving this year. My in-laws and friends loved them! No meat or seafood so that everyone can enjoy them and they are definately easy to make! Try them!

Sorry but this one didnt do it for us...i was excited to make this since i usually like Giada's recipes & love stuffed mushrooms but i would definately not make this one again! actually my husband & i didnt even finish it! It was wayyyy too dry due to the bread crumbs and lacked flavor.
