    I loved these stuffed mushrooms. The only thing I would do differently is add something to make the stuffing a little more moist.

    Would be a little better if you salted the mushrooms first or drizzled some olive oil on them, as they taste a little watery without anything else. Overall, a great and very easy recipe.

    If found it very easy to make. The prep time was short. I made it as one of my appetizers for Christmas day. Everybody loved it and asked for the recipe. It was very flavorful. Thanks again Giada.
