I made this for Thanksgiving and my family absolutely loved them, they were easy to make and the mint was wonderful. I will definitely make them again and I am usually not a mushroom lover!!

Based on all the reviews, I didn't use any salt - too many people were saying it was too salty because of the cheese. I added a little more cheese though, and chopped some stems into it. I was so dissapointed - the mushroom was definitely too dry and needed an extra flavor... perhaps some meat? I don't know, this is one I definitely won't make again.

I am making dinner for Thanksgiving for family out of town and am trying new recipes on hubby before making it for family. He doesn't mind being a "guinea pig" as long as I am making good food for him. I tried these this past weekend and while hubby said they were good, when I asked him if they were better than the Paul Deen crab stuffed mushrooms I made he said "HECK NO those were AWESOME!". Side by side comparison these were not as good, don't get me wrong- they were still yummy (we just prefer more gooey and they were all gone when a friend showed up.

This is a wonderful and delicious recipe. I have some old school Italians to impress and they loved it! Just like Grandma's. I used a little more cheese though. Awesome recipe.

Used 3 foodnet receipies for Easter. When I read this, I knew that 1 cup (bread crumbs and cheese together wasn't going to stuff 24 mushrooms. So I chopped all the stems and used them.I didn't have any Romano so I used Paramesan. That maybe why I didn't find them salty like others did. The mint flavor was lost on me but I used dried instead of fresh. Of the 3 receipies I made I liked these the best because they were the most flavorful. There was no one who didn't like them.
