This is a great recipe if you love mushrooms. This recipe is definitely not for the kind of people who like "meat and gooey cheese" type stuffed mushroom. These have a bit of a crunch to them so be ready. Very simple to make and tasty if you're looking for something different in a stuffed mushroom. Go easy on the olive oil if you don't like that greasy taste. Great job Giada.

Yummy, but better with wine instead of olive oil on the bottom of the pan. I used red wine.

I made this the first time for Thanksgiving and I made only one batch. They were devoured immediately!
So this past thanksgiving I trippled the batch, and as before they were all eaten before lunch was really ever started. My family loves them. They are easy to prepare and travel well to chuch fellowships and other gatherings.

I love these mushrooms! I made them for a dinner party and my guests raved about them. I now make them all the time--they are so easy and delicious!

Tried these during the holidays for something easy. I found them easy to make & they didn't stay on the platter long...will make again.

These were even better than the recipe I used last year for my New Years party. Easy to make and taste terrific.

I made these for a party. Everyone loved them. I too chopped up some of the stems to put in the stuffing as I feared they might be dry. I actually prepared them the night before and cooked them during the party. The olive oil keeps them moist. Will definitely do again.

This recipe was just o.k. I thought it tasted a little too oily for me.
