I missed my Mother's stuffed mushrooms at the holidays. I saw this recipe and tried it and they were great. Now my whole family wants me to make them for the holidays.

This was so easy and fast to make, which is nice since I made it for a Thanksgiving party I attended. Everyone really seemed to like them. I prefer stuffed mushrooms with meat in them, but these were tasty and easy so I give it a five.

The stuffed mushrooms were good. The stuffings texture was more crunchy than I expected. I would make them again.

I made these for a girl's night out party, and they were the first to go! I was worried I would have too much food, but the girls ate EVERYTHING! Everyone couldn't stop raving about these little mushrooms, and they were so easy!

I was very much looking forward to these mushrooms, but they were incredibly dry and tasteless - it needed the addition of something else besides breadcrumbs and cheese to make it work - sausage? Meat? The mushroom stems chopped up?
