Cheese is a very salty cheese, substitute another variety if you are try to reduce saltiness, stuffing a little dry, needs more oil, or an egg to bind together.

I have made these mushrooms several times. They are quick, easy and they are very good. I made them for Christmas dinner and received many compliments! You should definitely try them.

When my 14 y.o. daughter saw Giada make these she really wanted to make them. They were really easy and very tasty. Relatives over for Christmas really enjoyed them. We used a combination of baby bellas and buttons and both were good. For me though, the mint is a little distracting. Everything we've tried from this show has been a success, Everyday Italian is quickly becoming my favorite show.

These were excellent served right out of the oven. If you make them do not let them get cool because they will get soggy. Serve them hot and enjoy!

Made a triple batch of these for a Thanksgiving appetizer and they didn't make it to the table. All the women ate them in the kitchen as we finished preparing the meal. They were gone before the turkey was cooked!

These were scrumptious- a huge hit at my holiday party. They're savory and satisfying without being too heavy. Yum!
