Chop up the stems of the mushrooms and add them to your stuffing.

This is one of the easiest recipes ever!! I even added to the mix some shredded Italian chesse mix (mozzarella, asiago, romano, etc. and was super tasty. It was a hit over Thanksgiving dinner.

Most stuffed mushrooms I've had are mooshy. These are crisp and delicious. They were a cinch to make, too! I will definately make them again - without adding extra salt, the romano is salty enough.
