These were really simple to make. They were also very tasty. I found that they were a bit heavy and oily though. I'll make them again I'm sure but I may try to cut back on some of the oil. Overall a good, quick and tasty recipe. It would also be easy to tweak by adding other flavors as well.

I was watching the show and ran out to the store to get the ingredients. So easy to prepare and done in about 25 minutes. Great for an event or just for three roomates to have a special treat!

I can't believe how quick and easy this recipe is! And so tasty too.... it took my husband less than 5 minutes to finish 6 of them!

I made these as part of a large buffet celebrating four November birthdays. They were easy and delicious. I stuffed the mushrooms the day before, covered them and stored in fridge. Popped them in the oven as guests were arriving and served alongside a few other simple appetizers. Even the kids loved them!

Delicious!! I've been craving stuffed mushrooms lately, so when I saw these made on TV the other day, I just had to try them. They're so much better than the mushrooms I ordered out at a restaurant couple weeks ago, which I ended up throwing away! Thanks for another fantastic recipe, Giada!

It's very easy and simple. Tasty for my first time making this. I'm pretty sure that it'll be tastier and better the second time I make this, and on. Quick side dish.

The mushrooms were awesome! I added them to an Antipasto appetizer tray for an italian themed dinner and they were the hit!
Even guests that didn't typically like mushrooms were scooping them up.
