Very good but if small children are eating either cut back on crushed pepper or leave out!

This turned out excellent! After reading the reviews, I was a bit nervous about the amount of spice, but added the correct amount anyway. You do need to like a certain amount of spice to like this, but it's nice that you can completely control it. I didn't add the mint because I didn't have on hand, and it was such a small amount. I'm intrigued about the taste with the mint though, so I may add it next time. This was super easy and leftovers were even better the next day!!

Good but a bit salty. I suggest not adding the salt.

I was so excited to try this recipe based on the great reviews, but sad to say, I found it to be a bit disappointing. I followed the recipe to the letter . Maybe it's just me but I think it was just so-so

This is by far my favorite recipe of Giada's! I have made this roughly 4 times with some substitutes. Instead of artichokes I have used spinach. Also the last 2 times I have made it I left out the pancetta in the sauce. Make sure you have a lot of prep time for these! I definitely suggest making the sauce one day ahead. It will save you plenty of time! I will always go to this when I want to please a crowd and have the prep time to do so! Always worth it!

The best stuffed shells ever!! I did add in a ground pork/beef mixture to the cheese and eggs. I also used mascarpone cheese instead of ricotta. YUM!!!

I've been making this for quite some time now and each time it comes out amazing! The only difference I have done is use 1 teaspoon, instead of 2, of dried crushed red pepper flakes since I'm very sensitive to spicy food.
