This recipe made a lot which is great for a large group. Made it the night before for a dinner party and popped it in the oven to finish it off before the guests arrived. I had so much left over that I froze them in small bags for myself later : Would definitely recommend. And if you have a hard time finding pancetta, prosciutto was a good subsitute for me.

If I could I would give this dish more stars, i'll do it, did it for the first time in my life it was soooo good that I had to do it a couple of times more. my family simply loved it and my picky eater brother in law could not stop coming for more.... definitively I'll keep on doing it for long time.

I don't cook but decided to attempt a dinner for a new friend one day. I tried this recipe and also used Giada's marinara recipe as well for the marinara sauce. This dish was excellent even by me! A bit messy in the preparation but that was due to my own ignorance about not knowing how to cook! I will definitely cook this dish again.

so delicious and relatively easy to make. Everyone at my dinner party loved this recipe! I would add more pancetta next time - loved the flavor that this gave the dish. And when the peppers hit the pancetta in the frying pan..and the garlic - yum! what an amazing smell!! Loved it. Here's a hint for the marinara -- love the canned marinara from trader joe's called "Tuscano Marinara"... it's wonderful and much better than many jar versions I've tried and it's a great price! Try it! Don't be scared off because it's in a can!

The dish is the best stuffed shells that I have ever had. It is easy to make. I actually had too many shells and fillling to fit in my 13X9 pan. The sauce was really good but too spicy for kids so next time I might split the shells into two different pans. One with regular sauce for the kids and one with spicy for the adults. It says intermediate but anyone can do this. It just takes some time to prepare. It does make a lot so we froze some for another day. Give this one a try. YUM!

This pasta had just the right amount of heat! The difficulty level was intermediate, but I would encourage a confident beginner to try it.

This is the best stuffed shells recipe I've found! I cut up some turkey meatballs into tiny chunks and put them in with the ricotta mixture and it was heavenly!!! Loved the bite of the sauce with the cheeses. Another Giada slam dunk!

I have been making stuffed shells for years. But, these are by far the best I've had. I made my own homemade marinara and followed Giadas recipe from there. I had to cook the shells about 5 minutes longer than the recipe called for, but every oven is different. This will be my go-to shells recipe from now on. YUM!
