This was the best stuffed peppers I've had in years. Didn't make the zucchini since my family is not a fan of the vegetable. Will definitely make this dish for entertaining friends. Thank you Giada!

I made this as written except I added red pepper flakes and rice instead of bread crumbs (didn't have any to the meat mixture. It was SO easy and SOOOO delicious!! Thank you for yet another great recipe, Giada!!

I used hot Italian sausage instead of turkey. My family loved it.

So tasty. Used just red peppers (our favorite and no zucchini, and added about half a cup of cooked rice, a dash of paprika and red pepper flakes to the turkey mix and it turned out really good. Had some mix left over after stuffing the peppers (only had 3, so I put the rest in two individual soup crocks with some marina sauce on top, kind of like an individual turkey meat loaf, and those turned out great, too.

This was great! I had some red peppers from my garden along with jalapenos and cilantro so I changed it up a bit for a Mexican twist. My husband could not stop eating them. I substituted chicken and pepper sausage for the turkey, picante sauce for the marinara sauce, Mexican cheese blend for the Romano and crushed tortilla chips for the bread crumbs. Served it on a bed of lettuce and tomatoes added some extra picante sauce and it was healthy and heavenly! Will definitely make again!

I had this last night and absolutely loved it. There were only 2 of us so we did just the zucchini and I have to eat gluten free so we eliminated the bread crumbs without a problem. I am anxious to try it out with peppers too. Excellent!

Absolutely Delicious! Instead of a traditional marinara, I used a spicy diavlo version to add some extra heat and they turned out wonderful!
