My husband and I loved this very simple, but delicious recipe. My kids didn't care for the sun-dried tomato flavor (but they'll be seeing this again.... hee-hee. I'm sure they'll eventually learn to love it, too. . . . all part of that "learning to appreciate good food" lesson in life.

I thought this was great as a dip but also as a sauce for pasta. Add a little pasta water to thin out the spread and toss w/ pasta. Grill some italian sausage, cut it on the diagonal sprinkle some parmigiano and you've got a meal.

I actually really liked this dip. The endive are a healthy alternative to junk food chips, but I have to say, I found myself unable to resist this dip with plain old Tostitos! The endive has a bitter after-taste. The salt of the chips with the sweetness of the dip was irresistible to me. I saved the leftovers (which I never do with dip and ate it all the next day. Will make this again.

The ease of the preparation makes this dip a HUGE hit! If you have a food processor, this dip is for you!

Just made this recipe and tossed the whole thing in the garbage. What a waste. Tasted bad and looked worse.

You would think the somewhat bitter Belgian endive would cut the overly sweet sundried tomato and pea mixture. It didn't. This spread just didn't suit my palate.

This was wonderful. It was light and clean tasting. The endive spears were spicy and crisp. It was a nice combination when served together.

I guess I dont really like endive to begin with, and the pea dip was bland - I was disappointed - I usually like Giada's recipes.
