Absolutely fantastic...and it makes a terrific base on sandwiches in lieu of mayonaise, etc. Giada never fails!

I tried this recipe today since I had the ingredients on hand. I thought this tasted delicious and I even hate peas!!!! It tastes good on Endive . . . however, strangely enough I found this makes an excellent topping on sandwiches :

Loved this recipe. It was easy to prepare and tastes great! I loved the combination of flavors and plan to serve as an appetizer all the time. Tried it out at work and the gang raved about it.
