Giada did it again! Love this recipe and will definitely be making it again. I subbed pecans because that's what I had in freezer and be careful the time to toast nuts needs to be adjusted they will burn at 12 min! Otherwise, this recipe is perfecto! Thanks G!

Saw this on TV the other day and I'm baking two in the oven as I type! So delicious. I like to cut down on the sugar and add a lot more cinnamon : Make sure you handle the crescent dough while its cold bc it's a big pain to try to roll it otherwise. I also just found out today that they make SEAMLESS crescent dough!! (SCORE!

The hazelnuts were a great change to a standard sticky bun! This was a very easy recipe to throw together. The most time consuming part of it was getting the skins off of the toasted nuts since I couldn't find husked hazelnuts.

The only thing I did not like about this recipe is that 8 rolls did not expand enough to cover the whole pie plate, and so a lot of the sauce and nut topping was wasted. In the future I would probably make this in a smaller dish or double the amount of rolls I make. Definitely invert this dish before it cools down substantially or you will not get the same presentation she does on the show. I made that mistake and just had to pry out each roll individually.

My family really loved these. This was easy, inexpensive and fast clean-up...oh, and scrumptious! I must say I am a little surprised this is a Giada recipe...popping open a can of crescent rolls?!?! Now we're talkin'!! I can always count on Giada's recipes to deliver, this was right up my family's alley. Thanks Giada!

I used a mixture of Pecans and Walnuts. I cut into 8 rounds. One note to add, do not over bake these.

This recipe was easy and came out fantastic. Like many others, I substituted pecans that I roasted lightly in the oven, mostly because my girlfriend and I dislike hazelnuts. I have to admit I was a bit in shock when I saw Giada using store-bought crescent roll dough, but it made it so much easier to make.

Warning? This could become addictive. My husband wants them every weekend. I have a bad habit of losing recipes. He threatened divorce if I lost this one. We have been married 54 years. Imagine that.

I followed the recipe exactly as it was written, my buns came out so hard i had to throw them away, the flavor was good but the texture was terrible...I dont understand what went wrong...an expensive lesson....
