These are so easy and so delicious! I actually didn't have the hazelnuts on hand so I made them w/ Pecans instead. Excellent! This is a 'keeper'.

This turned out great and for people who complained about the sauce being too thick you might have cooked that sauce in the pan too long. Just warm the sauce till the ingredients are combined because the sauce finished it's cooking in the oven. And use a half a cup of brown sugar and four table spoons of butter, two tablespoons of agave and a half a lemon. This adds more sauce but I also found with this ration you get a gooey sticky bun not a dry one.
Over all I loved this recipe. Its quick simple and not hard to make. Thanks Giada!!!!

These were easy and quick to make! I improvised and used pecans because I couldn't find hazelnuts at the last minute. They tasted great!!! Next time, I will have to make double; they went fast!!

Overall, the rolls turned out great! I love hazelnuts and the sticky carmel. They turned out a little dry for my preference. The next time I make them, I'll double the carmel sauce and that should help make them more gooey.

I wanted to love these. I made them for my daughter and her 5 friends who slept over at our house. The buns got very hard. The syrup on the bottom turned into a rock. What did I do wrong?

These are excellent! I couldn't follow the recipe to the T - I didn't have lemon juice, agave, or sea salt, but it still tasted delicious. Toasting the hazelnuts really brought out the nutty flavor. I was wanting to make something special out of cresent rolls and this recipe did the trick. I highly recommend it!
