I've made this twice and it was a huge hit on both occasions. My guests couldn't get over how light and how different it is from your usual cheese and crackers. It is like a cloud of subtle flavors. I agree with the reviewer who suggested it be served with very plain crackers (Bremner wafers were excellent so that the subtlety of the cheesecake can be appreciated.

This was absolutely delicious!! Will be making this again soon and wonder if anyone has made it using any other herb? I'd love to try another version! Got my 4.5" springform at Sur la Table. Thanks so much --- a winner!!

This was absolutely delicious! A wonderfully different and sophisticated take on cheese and crackers, yet, made with ingredients that everyone loves! And it was so easy to make... Hit of the party!

A friend has made this recipe for a couple of different holiday gatherings. It is so good! The fresh basil is so refreshing. I do not like dishes with goat cheese, but I could not tell it was one of the ingredients. I am definitely adding this recipe to my collection.

This is a bit odd, and I didn't think I liked it at first taste, but it's good! I used a 9 inch springform pan since that's all I had, and it made a very thin cake which was hard to get off the pan. I ended up scraping it off and putting it in a bowl and used as a spread instead and it worked fine.

I could not find the 4-1/2 " pan so I bought 2 of the 4" by Wilton @ a Michael's. Had enough to fill both 3/4 of the way. Worked great! Served it at our family Christmas celebration & everyone loved it. I put chopped olives on one and chopped tomatoes on the other for garnish with the olive oil. Served with the Wheat Thins flatbreads. Yummmm!

Awful! Big flop at Christmas Eve party. Don't know whether it was the sugar or what but no one liked it.

Love it! A new family favorite. Didn't have the pan, so made it in a 4 1/2 inch ramikin. It popped out just fine.
