Thought these were really good and a god way to get grandkids to try but they liked ranch dressing much better than the mayo and hubby did too!

We enjoyed these so much, they will be in normal rotation at our house from now on. What a fantastic explosion of flavor!

I have been making sweet potatoes with rosemary for years, but the mayo that Giada suggests here is a fantastic addition to an old classic.

This recipe bakes the fries twice as long as another I've used. The fries turn out crispy and yummy. . . just the way you'd want your french fries. Kids love them!

So Disappointing. Giada--because so many people's fries, including mine, came out a mushy mess please re-address making these.I have tried making these a few times, warming the pan first, sauteing them first, broiling the last few minutes. Nothing worked. I give up. 3rd Time is not a charm. I could tell they would have been good if they were crispy and the dipping sauce was very good. What is the secret to these "fies"?
