Salad was very good while it as at room temperature...after it was refidgerated, it became clumpy and texturely unappealing. Would be good for an event where it was consumed the same day as it was prepared. Disappointed!

Amazingly delicious!!! This will be a go-to recipe of mine! Due to allergies we used dried cherries instead of cranberries. yum! I put in a bit more mustard b/c we love it. Served without refrigeration and it was amazing. Leftovers after refrigeration were amazing too!! AWESOME!

Tasty, but very sweet. Really needed the Granny Smith apple. A little more mustard and less cranberries might have reduced the sweetness. I refrigerated it for over an hour ( per website recipe, but not said by Giada during the episode. Wish I'd served it without refrigeration. It caused it to become clumpy.
