We have made this many times. We do change the salad greens to ones we enjoy more but otherwise it is wonderful.

I made this dish exactly as instructed. Although the dish came out just fine, I found the panko to mask the taste of the fantastic fresh swordfish I used. I think this style of preparation is better suited to chicken or pork. The lemony cress and arugula salad on top did add a nice flavor element though.

Huge fan of panko. Nicely paired with the salad. My boyfriend not a fan of swordfish, so will subsitute another fish next time.

Great recipe. I have made if a few times for different people and they all loved it. I had to give out the recipe because it was such a big hit! I would not change a thing.

This recipe was excellent. My family enjoyed it and it was very tasty. It was the first time we tried swordfish. I look forward to the other seafood recipes.

I'M SURE THIS TASTES WONDERFUL, BUT TO CALL IT HEALTHY IS ABSURD. YOU COULD LIGHTEN IT UP BY USING IMITATION EGG PRODUCT OR EGG WHITES ALONE. GOOD FAT IS STILL FAT, SO THE AMOUNT OF OIL AND BUTTER WOULD HAVE TO BE DRASTICTALLY REDUCED. YOU'LL STILL HAVE THAT WONDERFUL OLIVE OIL AND BUTTER FLAVOR, WITH OUT CONSUMING A DAYS FULL OF FAT GRAMS IN ONE MEAL. COME ON GIADA, DON'T CALL IT LIGHT IF IT'S NOT. p.s. WE STILL LOVE YOU

As some others have mentioned, I wasn't particularly fond of frying swordfish. Every recipe I have is for grilling. But I went for it here and it was great! One of the many challenges people have a hard time overcoming with cooking is to dare to try a new way to do something. This works! As for the pinhead "toxic fish" poster on 05/04/2007, there are websites to discuss those issues. Stay off the ratings boards here you sorry loser!

The best Swordfish I've ever had! I served it as the main course rather than on arugula. Drizzle it with fresh lemon for a delightful treat!!! Thank you Giada.
