I used the Italian seasoned panko bread crumbs and fresh swordfish. It was so flavorful and juicy, it's my new favorite quick dish. Extra crispy on the outside and juicy inside. I think its really important to use the fresh fish. Frozen swordfish tends to be too firm and lacks flavor. Spend the extra on the fresh, it will be worth it.

I made this recipe with orange roughy and it was an instant hit! The panko made the fish fillets crispy! A definite keeper!

I never stock up on swordfish fillets til I tried this. Very good! The swordfish is light and crunchy thanks to the panko. The salad with the lemon dressing just compliments this dish perfectly. Simply divine to eat!

I used this recipe with orange roughy and it was really good. I will definately make this again, my husband and two boys loved it. Cooked this way the fish would also be good in fish taco's. I know some of the readers want reviews based strictly on the recipe items but I have benefitted when people have made substitutions/changes and then reviewed them as such.

this was the first time I ever tried swordfish and I am telling you it was so delicious and light. The light lemony dressing was so perfect to pair with this meal. It was a keeper.

This recipe was very easy to do. However, the taste overall was somewhat blah. There needs to be something else added to perk up the flavor.
