I really love this panini. It tastes so fresh, is hearty, and simple to make as well. It doesn't take long to make this recipe and is perfect for a week night dinner. It's also great with a small tart side salad: Arugula tossed with fresh lemon, evoo, garlic, s&p!

Loved this dish as is and also deconstructed... Let bread get hard, turn it into breadcrumbs using a food processor, mix with lemon zest and use mixture to coat the fish. Cook fish @ 350 with olive oil and lemon juice. Toss over arugula with G's lemon vinaigrette.

This is a great recipe. I also fixed it the day I saw it on TV. I used halibut, substituted sour cream for mayo and sometimes use spinach for the arugula. It does not matter it is always great. My husband loves it. Today, I am making it with cod.

I saw her make this and was excited to try it. I went to a couple of grocery stores in Phoenix before I found them. AJ's and Safeway carry them both, with the later being the cheapest. I have never had swordwish before this and was pleasantly surprised. It is sooooo good and I love the lemon mayo. I even made this receipe with cod and had no problems. Since tuna is part of the swordfish family, I have no doubt that this receipe will work with tuna. Make sure that the fish is completely unfrozen, otherwise, you will end up steaming the fish and not frying. P.S. the lemon mayo is great on any meat sandwich other than fish. I added parsley to the mayo receipe.

This recipe is excellent for a weeknight dinner and will be added into my regular rotation. I found the cooking time for my 3/4" steaks to be perfect. Thanks for another great recipe, Giada!

I made this dish for quick and easy dinner. All of Giada's recipes are fantastic. The sword fish had a wonderful taste and was juicy. The ailoli would be great with a number of dishes.

My five year old was watching Giada with me this weekend and told me he really wanted to make it. What a great idea. The foccacia was soaked up by the the great flavors of the swordfish and arugula. Really wonderful.

A dear friend made this dish for us recently and it was so good. The aioli would be great with just about anything - vegetables or meat.
