My husband and I saw Giada do this dish on her show and were so excited to try it out. It was fantastic! The lemon aioli was delish with the sandwich. If you are looking for a light flavored hearty dish, this is it. The only change I might do next time we make it, and we will make it again, would maybe be to switch out the arugula with spinach. Not a great fan of arugula.
