I was afraid my fish-finiky kids and husband wouldn't like this, but it was wonderful. Don't forget the lemon, it accents this dish superbly!

This is my 9 year old's favorite recipe to make.
A little salty, but the best way to have swordfish!

This also makes a great appetizer....the only thing I do different for this recipe is cook the bacon half way thru because the swordfish cooks really really fast. I thought this was an extremely easy recipe to follow.

My husband made this meal the other night. We licked our plates clean! The fish wrapped in pancetta was so moist. The flavors were beautiful together, seasoning was perfect. Wouldn't change a thing in the preparation and will make this for parties in appetizer portion skewers! What a keeper. Thanks Giada!!!

I had never fixed swordfish, but this looked so good that I decided to give it a try. However, my local store did not have herbes de Provence or pancetta -- so I substituted fresh ground Italian herbs and prosciutto. This seemed to work just fine. The swordfish grilled up beautifully and it was loaded with flavor. We served it up with fresh sweet corn, musk melon, cole slaw and dark wheat bread for a perfect summer meal!
