I had never tried swordfish before but typically I like any grilled fish and adore a good pesto. This is what I had been searching for all summer...something light and fresh tasting. This was the best pesto I had ever made.

The pesto is good, and the citrus is the defying ingredient to make it different from you adverage pesto. After my mom took a bite, she realized we had used halibut instead of swordfish! Just goes to show you how versatile and refreshing this pesto is!

so pretty on the fish! I used it on Salmon and Tuna, both were yummy. It was a little watery....but maybe that it how it stays lite tasting. I will be making this again soon

This is an excellent dish. Vibrant, citrus and pesto flavors complement the fish. Spend the extra money on fresh swordfish and go lighter on the pine nuts and you'll have a perfect meal :

I really enjoyed the pesto, but a personal preference; I would rather use a different fish as sword fish is a little dry to me.

The pesto was simply divine. A gourmet fish entree right from my kitchen. I impressed my country boyfriend!

When I made the sauce, though the flavor was there, it was way too liquidy...I couldn't even add olive oil. Next time I make this, and I suggest it to anyone who makes this, is to blend everything but the juices & oil first and then slowly add the liquids. Other than that, it was very flavorful.

This pesto is great to put on almost anything -- chicken, fish, etc. Swordfish is expensive, so I just use chicken or a cheaper white fish, like tilapia.

What an easy and absolutely delicious recipe! My husband and I are not the biggest fans of seafood, but I tried this recipe anyway. We enjoyed every bite. The Pesto was an excellent sauce. I guess Swordfish, Giada's Citrus Pesto Swordfish, will be a regular entree in our home. Thank you.

This dish is sooo delicious, so pleasing and absolutely wonderful in every way. Swordfish steak grilled to perfection accented with the citrus-infused pesto, a beautiful flavor combination! Your guests will definitely be impressed, I know mine were.
Thank you Giada for reopening my eyes to the joys of cooking! You are a true inspiration!
