This was very quick, easy, and delicious! I forgot to save some of the pasta water, so it was a little on the dry side, but good nonetheless. Substituted rigatoni and dried basil-still very good.

I made easy substitues so I didn't have to leave the house-extra chopped spinich instead of basil and whole wheat penne, rather than tagliatelle. We loved it!

I doubled this and made it for about 20 people. It was cost effective and easy to make. It also tasted pretty good. I will definitely make this again and again!

Made this recipe as is but had to double for a crowd... used Whole Milk RIcotta. Everyone loved it. There were 30 people there and the bowl of pasta was completely finished. Would definitely make this again.

This dish is one I've made time and again since i first tried it. I use a spicy sausage, but since we like spicy in our house, I tend to add a few pinches of red pepper flakes when it's time to cook the peas. That give the peas a little extra flavor. Definitely add the water gradually to ensure you've got the right consistency. Because if you do this one right, you'll want to add this to your regular rotation

I thought this was an easy recipe. I even replaced the sausage with ground turkey because I didnt have any sausage on hand. I also added chicken stock in place of the pasta water. Added red pepper flakes and it was yummy.

This was delicious but it did need some red pepper flakes. Tagliatell was very hard to find so I had to use fettuccinni. The first time I made it I did not use red pepper, and it was slightly bland. The second time, was very good and changed the whole dish for the better.

My whole family loved this dish and went back for seconds. It was a wonderful weekday meal that was quick and easy. Pair it with a salad, and you have supper on the table in no time.

This was very very good. I made it exactly like the recipe said. My husband is Italian and we are always looking for new pasta dishes to try. We absolutely loved this one!

I followed this recipe as written and found it really tasty. My thoughts for those that found it bland is that they must not have had access to quality ingredients. I used hot Italian pork sausage from Whole Foods, as well as a high quality ricotta and the results were delicious. We will definitely make this again in our house.
