This is a very tasty recipe, quick and easy to prepare, and it's a great way to use left over pasta!

It is wonderful. I enjoy the combination of the thyme, parsley and lemon zest. I think I may try some onion for the next one.

Soooo tasty!! I didn't have any whipping cream so I used 2% milk and a little goats milk for the tang. I will definitely be making this again!!

I made this tonight after watching her make it on the show and realizing I had all of the ingredients so I thought "why not?"...OMG this was by far THE BEST FRITTATA I've EVER HAD. Who could believe such simple ingredients could made such a FABULOUS dish. I can't wait to make this for brunch for my girlfriends at my annual moms-get-away weekend. Thanks Giada for bringing such AWESOME recipes to us!

I've finally found the frittata of my dreams. I've tried several frittata recipes and, while they were good, they tended to be dry and nothing spectacular. This is wonderfully moist and tasty through and through. I made it almost as recommended; however, I added two more eggs - glad I did. The pasta would have been a bit overwhelming, otherwise. Consequently, though, it was a bit tough to turn without messing up my range. Gotta work on that - I will gladly work on turning this frittata as I will be making it regularly. OH, and easy!!! Great solution for left over pasta! PERFECT!

This was AOK - good enough. Very easy to make. Simple, clean flavors. Glad we tried it as part of a family brunch. But with so many recipes and so little time, not enough to push it to the "keeper file." IF I were to do that, I'd up the eggs by a couple to change the pasta to egg ratio just a bit. For the viewer (Kelli who asked where to find the coleslaw recipe that was featured with the fritatta recipe in the show where both were demonstrated... You'll find the other recipe by clicking on the Beach Volleyball episode link at the top of the Fritatta recipe page. That will take you to the episode page and a link to the coleslaw recipe. Prego! For the viewer (Leslie who commented about being puzzled ...right on...me too...everything you said seems right to me! :-

This is so good for left over pasta! Does anyone know where I can get the recipe for the coleslaw that went with this recipe when it was shown on tv?

When people try a recipe..change it a lot and then complain how bad it is or not edible or fed it to the dog.. always makes me upset. This is not fair to the host, if you change it and then complain.
I see a recipe and usually read the reviews and have tweeked recipes myself.
But to submit a review ( when they changed it alot is not right!
Sorry had to speak my piece on this.
We liked this and i did add a few things... and used egg sustitute and it
turned out well.
I love Giada and her style and most all her dishes. She is such a pleasant host and glad she is on FOOD and the new channel COOKING.
