I've finally found the frittata of my dreams. I've tried several frittata recipes and, while they were good, they tended to be dry and nothing spectacular. This is wonderfully moist and tasty through and through. I made it almost as recommended; however, I added two more eggs - glad I did. The pasta would have been a bit overwhelming, otherwise. Consequently, though, it was a bit tough to turn without messing up my range. Gotta work on that - I will gladly work on turning this frittata as I will be making it regularly. OH, and easy!!! Great solution for left over pasta! PERFECT!

This is a great dish! The thyme gives it a lemony flavor! Thanks Giada! You are my favorite chef on FoodNetwork!

This was AOK - good enough. Very easy to make. Simple, clean flavors. Glad we tried it as part of a family brunch. But with so many recipes and so little time, not enough to push it to the "keeper file." IF I were to do that, I'd up the eggs by a couple to change the pasta to egg ratio just a bit. For the viewer (Kelli who asked where to find the coleslaw recipe that was featured with the fritatta recipe in the show where both were demonstrated... You'll find the other recipe by clicking on the Beach Volleyball episode link at the top of the Fritatta recipe page. That will take you to the episode page and a link to the coleslaw recipe. Prego! For the viewer (Leslie who commented about being puzzled ...right on...me too...everything you said seems right to me! :-

This is so good for left over pasta! Does anyone know where I can get the recipe for the coleslaw that went with this recipe when it was shown on tv?

When people try a recipe..change it a lot and then complain how bad it is or not edible or fed it to the dog.. always makes me upset. This is not fair to the host, if you change it and then complain.
I see a recipe and usually read the reviews and have tweeked recipes myself.
But to submit a review ( when they changed it alot is not right!
Sorry had to speak my piece on this.
We liked this and i did add a few things... and used egg sustitute and it
    turned out well.
I love Giada and her style and most all her dishes. She is such a pleasant host and glad she is on FOOD and the new channel COOKING.

The recipe seemed a little bland so I sauteed a minced yellow pepper and sliced summer squash to add to the dish. It also required one more eggs to accommodate the extra ingredients. I also added some garlic because everything is better with just a little added garlic.

In the future, I will cute back on the lemon zest. It overpowered the other flavors a bit.

i made this after i saw the show earlier and it looked alot better then it tasted. i think it was very bland and lacking some flavor. if i made this again i would definately add some panchetta to spice it up a bit. the other comments were good advice ie the tomatos etc. will try next time

I thought this dish was really good. I did take the advice of other posters and jazzed it up a bit with tomatoes and basil. I cooked it for exactly 8 minutes and it flipped perfectly. I cooked the other side for not quite 5 minutes and flipped it again onto the serving plate. It looked perfect, tasted very good, and what a great way to use up some leftovers. Thanks Giada !!

I just saw this on TV, having left over spaghetti I decided to make this dish. My only change I added 1/2 cup crisped diced pancetta. It was ready in 20 min and fantastic! Read the reviews and all I can say is If you're a cook you should be able to adjust your salt and seasoning. I always tweak recipes to my taste, adding spices as I go along. Once again Giada offers up a great dish! PS I am Italian and my mom used to make similar dishes to this one, brought back memories
