Delish - however, since I have Celiac Disease and need to be gluten free, I substituted Tostitos Scoops (gluten free corn chips for the won tons. Works beautifully and everyone loved them!!!

This was great! We are picky fish eaters and both loved this. Made it just like recipe. Oh, except used flour tortillas instead of wontons.

This dish is so DELICIOUS. I love the wonton skin because it gives crunchy texture. I didn't have creme fraiche when I cooked it, so I used sour cream, which worked well too. I reduced the amount of wasabi for my husband, but I love wasabi, so I even put more for myself. In your show you mentioned that Cod is a good substitute for Tilapia, but I found the meat breaks apart so easily when I cooked it, so I like the original recipe with Tilapia better.

My family REALLY enjoyed this! My husband even said I made his life: The only reason I gave it four stars is because it was really hard to eat those little WonTons. I also thought, like another reviewer, that the amount of Wasabi is too much. I used half the amount and still thought it was a bit too strong. Next time I make this (my husband wants it once a week I will try using small tortilla's.

One word. AMAZING! I made them last night but used wheat wraps instead of the won tons. I'm still craving them! So quick, easy, light, refreshing and healthy. I will make this again, and again, and again. Thanks Giada!! <3

Delish! Easy and healthy. I substituted the wontons with fresh pita. I also marinaded my fish in a spicy citrus marinade for about 1 hour before browning. This will definitely be part of my summer dinner menu.

I loved watching this episode. I knew that those flavors would
just be amazing! However, I had bad luck with preparing the tilapia. My pieces of fish were
not crispy looking at all. :( - the lime juice was a little over powering for me too. My won tons were much too small, must have bought the wrong size.
I am going to try this recipe again, maybe with salmon. Wish me luck!

The taste is definitely there. However, making this dish turned out to be time-consuming. Also, the crisped wonton pockets made it difficult and messy to eat. In the interest of time and ease of eating, I'd recommend using warmed up flour or corn tortillas.

Also I found the dish very filling eating just 2-3 of these.
