Loved the recipe but did not like the way the wontons turned out. Tasted stale and I used them as soon as they were cooled. Ended up using corn tortillas and the rest was delish!

a perfect refreshing summer meal... only thing i would change would be to use bigger wonton wrappers. mine were about 2 x 2 inches but were a little small to fit a lot of fish

I recently gave a small get together for my girlfriends and these tacos were a "Hit". I changed up the reciepy a little by prepareing lightly battered fried tilapia and grilled shrimp. Instead of arugula, I used finely chopped romain lettus. The girls loved it and they also liked the creme fraiche sause, that I also had to modify, could'nt find creme fraiche, used sour cream and a little honey. What a Wonderful Treat. Will use again.

I made these for a backyard get together with my girlfriends. They were delicious, and nice and light. The tilapia flaked a bit when I cooked it, but it still looked great. I highly recommend this quick and easy recipe.

I made these for a Bridal Shower and they were a huge success. One guest raved that she did not usually like fish tacos but that these were delicious.
I appreciated that all the components could be prepared in advance and constructed just before serving.
I will defiinitely make these again.

I made this for my family with tuna steaks and they loved them. My 4 year old and 19 month old devoured them. I also made them for friends with a mango black bean salad and it was a hit. Thank you Giada for your refreshing, delicious, and nutritious "spin" on fish tacos.

I made this with the wings for dinner last week and they were both a big hit! Like some others, I also substituted sour cream for the creme fraiche. I grilled the tilapia (I don't like my house to smell like fish!, which added more flavor to an already flavorful dish! Delicious!
