These were really simple to make with not a lot of ingredients! I made them for just my husband and I but they would be very easy to make for a crowd and simple to add your own twist to. The only thing we both commented on is how we would add some more heat...like chopped jalepenos...or a more bitter green like endive than the arugula. But that's why the recipe is so great! It is really easy to make with easy to find ingredients that you can always modify if you need to, plus a little goes a long way in these tacos, so it ends up being inexpensive. And HELLO!....FIGURE FRIENDLY! Best part!

I, too, made this for the beginning of Spring and my family loved it (even my six year old!. I didn't make the creme fraiche (didn't have the items, I only put 1 T of olive oil in the dressing, and used a fraction of the canola oil for the wontons. It was yummy!

These are awesome!! The only change I made was to use plain sour cream rather than the wasabe/creme freche mixture. My whole family loved them. A beautiful combination in taste and appearance. The blending of flavors and textures was fantastic. Definitely make these, they are delicious!! Giada does it again.

These fish tacos are amazing! I made these today and my husband and I devoured them. The only substitution we made was some queso fresca in place of the creme fraiche. This recipe may seem daunting but comes together quickly and easily. Well worth the effort!

I saw this episode today and felt compelled to make this dish in honor of the first day of Spring...it was absolutely FABULOUS and simple. I do have to say that I used pan-seared tuna instead of tilapia (just because I already had it. I knew it would be good, but I had no idea it would be one of the best things I have ever made or eaten...my husband said that it was in his Top 5 favorite dinners of all time. Haha! It was fun to make and watch it come together because the colors are so beautiful and there is such a nice balance and mix of ingredients and textures. We will definitely make it again and again (and again. It's easy, beautiful, light and fresh. Thank you, Giada! We love you!!
